Return Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you aren't happy with your jewelry for any reason, simply return it. We will refund your money less shipping, handling or insurance charges. Returns of "Special Sale" merchandise incurs a 10% restocking charge. Returns of "Special Order" items incurs a 40% restocking charge. We no longer allow returns on loose stones.

To return an item, you must notify us immediately that you want a refund. You must ship your jewelry back within 5 days and we must receive your shipment within 4 days. All jewelry must be returned in new, unworn and resellable condition.
