Payment: We accept American Express, Mastercard, Discover and Visa credit cards through Paypal. Paypal account holders can also use Paypal to send an e-check. As an alternative, we accept U.S. Postal Money Orders for payment. Your payment must clear before your order is shipped. A U.S. Postal Money Order usually clears in 1 to 2 business days.

Returns: We guarantee your satisfaction. If you aren't happy with your jewelry for any reason, simply return it. We will refund your money less shipping, handling or insurance charges. Returns of "Special Sale" merchandise incurs a 10% restocking charge. Returns of "Special Order" items incurs a 40% restocking charge. We no longer allow returns on loose stones.

To return an item, you must notify us immediately that you want a refund. Once we authorize your return, you must ship your jewelry back within 5 days and we must receive your shipment within 4 days. All jewelry must be returned in new, unworn and resellable condition.

Shipping: We ship all jewelry first-class and insured through the U.S. Post Office. Shipping is calculated at $6.50 plus 1%. For second or third day priority mail, add $5 to the shipping rate. Contact us for next-day air prices.

International Orders: We accept orders from other countries with payment through Paypal or international money orders. Please contact us for shipping rates and options for international delivery.
